Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1/4 cup oats
3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 grated apple
A good sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tsp chia seed

Mix all ingredients together and place in the fridge over night.  I like to make mine in a jar so I can easily put the lid on it and it’s ready to go in the fridge.  In the morning, get it out of the fridge & give it a stir.  Add more milk if needed. This is my version of summer porridge!

* If you’re not a fan of apple you can replace the apple with some mixed berries.

* I like to add a spoonful of natural yoghurt, coconut flakes and cacao nibs to the top of my overnight oats. Delicious and looks so pretty!
