About Me
You probably know me by now… But if not, I’m Steph! Your Yoga Instructor, Coach and resident Cheerleader!
I’m a trained Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher. Throughout my many years of teaching, I’ve created my own unique style of yoga which is a blend of vinyasa, yin, meditation & relaxation.
I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer & Holistic Health Coach and my passion is to empower people to embrace and love who they are, so they can be wildly themselves and live a life that they love!
Yoga has been a game changer for me. It’s been amazing for helping me manage my anxiety, and it’s simply changed the way I see the world.
After years of teaching yoga at retreats, schools, work places and studies, I’ve had lots of people tell me that they wish they could attend my classes regularly… and now they can right here via the Yoga with Steph membership.

Absolutely! In fact, quite a few people that start yoga classes with me have never done yoga before, and they end up loving it! Regardless of if you’re a beginner yogi or experienced yogi, you will love these classes.

I’m a qualified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher and my yoga classes tend to be a blend of the two different styles. Consider them a blend of relaxation, breath work, stretching, strengthening and mindfulness.

There’s so many! Things such as reducing stress and anxiety, increased flexibility, strengthening and toning muscles, improved quality of sleep, better balance. I consider yoga to be a wonderful mix of techniques to help people improve their general health and wellbeing.

I recommend you have a yoga mat. It is also helpful to have a yoga block and bolster; however it’s not essential, as I do give alternative options for people that don’t have them.

Unfortunately these yoga classes are not suitable for you if you are pregnant (I’m not trained to teach prenatal yoga classes). There’s certain things that need to be taken into consideration when doing yoga classes during pregnancy, hence why it’s important to find a yoga teacher that specialises in prenatal yoga classes.

Yes (even though I will be sad to see you go!). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that it is a ‘monthly’ subscription, which means when you cancel your subscription, your membership will end on the next date that your monthly fee would have been payable, had you not cancelled your membership.

It’s a very straight forward process. You can unsubscribe by logging into your account and clicking on ‘My Account’ tab located at the top right corner. Scroll down, and you will see a list of active purchases. Click on the drop down menu for the subscription you’d like to cancel and select ‘Cancel Subscription.’

If you are ever in doubt about if you should be doing yoga, it is vital that you check with your health professional and get the all clear from them first.

Your health and wellbeing is my top concern (the number one rule in yoga is Ahimsa, which means do no harm). If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please consult with your own doctor before going ahead with my yoga classes.
