Chocolate Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

2 cups almonds
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3/4 cup medjool dates

Desiccated coconut to roll the balls in.

Place the almonds & walnuts into a food processor or thermomix.  Mix until they are finely chopped.  Add all remaining ingredients and mix again.  If the mixture is too dry add a little bit of water or coconut oil.  Once the mixture has formed a dough like texture, remove mixture from the food processor.  Using a spoon put a small amount of mixture into your hands and roll it into a ball.  Roll in desiccated coconut.

Store bliss balls in fridge or freezer.
