Meet your Yoga Teacher
My name’s Steph Bartlett and I’m a trained Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2014 and over the years I have created my own unique style of yoga which is a blend of movement, meditation and relaxation.
After travelling around and teaching yoga to students at various different schools around South Australia, I thought teachers do such a wonderful job caring for students! They too would benefit greatly from some yoga. Hence the creation of my Yoga for School Staff program.
I’m thrilled to now have this online platform to share my yoga classes with people far and wide. I have no doubt that the benefits and things the teachers learn from these online yoga classes, will flow on to the students benefiting too.
