How does the program work & what do we cover?

This is a live 30 day group program, where you’re supported every step of the way. There’s weekly zoom Q&A group coaching calls (recorded so you can also watch the replays). There’s also a private Facebook group to connect with everyone participating in the program & ask Steph and Kasey questions.

  • PREP WEEK (a bonus week!)

    This is a bonus week where you get access to program material (such as recipes, meal plan, foundational healthy habits) so you can get organised.

  • WEEK 1 ~ Get started! Nutrition & setting your goals

    Get clear on your ‘why’ and set goals for the 30 day program. Explore the foundational healthy habits for the program so you can confidently implement them and also learn about the importance of macros, to ensure you are eating a well balanced diet.

  • WEEK 2 ~ Start your day right! Morning routines & breakfast ideas

    Healthy habits and tips and tricks you can implement in your morning routine, to ensure you set yourself up for a powerful day ahead. Plus, never struggle for breakfast ideas again!

  • WEEK 3 ~ Reducing stress & improving sleep

    Understand the importance of reducing stress and getting good quality sleep, along with tips to find your inner zen and have a great nights sleep.

About Steph & Kasey

Hello! We’re Steph & Kasey and we both have over 15 years experience in the health & wellness industry. Steph as a Yoga Teacher & Wellness Coach, and Kasey as a Nutritionist & Naturopath.

Together we ran this 30 Day Spring Kickstarter Program last year with over 50 people participating. The transformations people experienced were amazing, and we can’t wait to guide people through it again this year!

We’re both country girls at heart. Very down to earth and passionate about empowering women to take care of their health & wellbeing so they can feel their best and live their best life.

  • The weekly zoom Q&A calls will be on Mondays at 7:00pm (ACDT). These weekly calls will be recorded and saved in the Online Portal, so you can what the replay of the Q&A coaching calls at a time that best suits you.

  • There are loads of benefits such as increased energy, improved digestion, increased strength & flexibility, clearer skin, weight loss, improved sleep, healthy mindset, confidence and step by step guidance to make healthy choices, so you can feel fresh and vibrant for Spring (& beyond).

  • Ofcourse you can! We actually love when people have some social events on during the program, because it teaches you how to make healthier choices even when at social events; plus it helps reinforce that being healthy isn't about being perfect. It's about making the best choices you can at any given time. This creates lifelong healthy habits that suit your lifestyle.

  • Yes! You will be given a 30 day Nutritionist approved meal plan to follow, along with nourishing recipes to go with it. You can be rest assured your nutritional needs will be met while you enjoy the delicious and healthy meals each day.

  • While the meal plan is not vegeterian or vegan, you will have some plant based recipe options to swap into your daily diet, if that's what you prefer.

  • You will have access to the online course content until the end of Spring, 30th November 2024.

  • Yes you can. The facebook group is simply an added bonus, so people doing the program can have an online space and form a community where they can share their wins, questions, photos, etc. The actual content/resources for the program are shared in the Online Portal (not the facebook group).

    • Yoga mat

    • Set of dumbbells (anything between 2-6kg depending on your strength)

    • An open mind that's willing to learn and embrace the 30 Day Spring Kickstarter Program

    • The foods/ingredients that are needed to follow your meal plan. We give you a shopping list to make this easier for you.

  • Your health and wellbeing is our top priority. If you have any doubt about if you should be doing the strength workouts or yoga classes OR any part of this program, please contact Steph via email (hello@stephbartlett.com) or check with your medical professional.

  • Unfortunately this program is NOT suitable during pregnancy. Partly due to the yoga classes and strength workouts, but also because this program is a bit of a cleanse/detox, which is best to be avoided during pregnancy.

  • The price is just $197! Such a bargain considering you get recipes, meal plan, yoga classes, workouts, live group coaching calls with Steph Bartlett & Kasey Willson, weekly guidelines to follow, PLUS most importantly, an opportunity to create healthy habits you can continue on with for life.

  • It's slightly different. This year we have pre-recorded weekly 30 minute training videos that you can watch when best suits you; and then we have weekly Q&A coaching calls about the weekly theme.

    That aside, lots of people do this program every year, because it's the perfect Spring reset for their health & wellbeing. Many people say that each year, they build on their healthy habits and their health & wellbeing continues to improve.
