FAQ
What time are the weekly group coaching calls, and what if I can’t join them?
The Weekly Zoom Group Coaching Calls will be on Mondays at 6:00pm (ACDT). These weekly calls will be saved in the Online Portal with all of your other resources, so you can watch the replay of the Group Coaching Call at a time that suits you.
What are the benefits of the program?
There are loads of benefits such as, increased energy, improved digestion, increased strength & flexibility, clearer skin, weight loss, improved sleep, healthy mindset, confidence and step-by-step guidance to make healthy choices, so you can feel fresh and vibrant for Spring (and beyond!)!
I have some social events during the program, where I’ll probably drink and eat the wrong foods. Will I still be able to do the program?
Of course you can! We actually love when people have some social events on during the program, because it teaches you to learn how to make healthier choices even when at social events, plus it helps reinforce that being healthy isn’t about being perfect. It’s about making the best choices you can in any given circumstance. This creates lifelong healthy habits that suit your lifestyle.
Do we have a meal plan to follow?
Yes! You will be given a 30 day Nutritionist approved meal plan to follow, along with nourishing recipes. So you can rest assured your nutritional needs will be met while you enjoy the delicious and healthy meals each day.
Is the meal plan suitable for vegeterian’s and vegans?
While the meal plan is not vegeterian or vegan, you will have some plant based recipe options to swap into your daily diet, if that is what you would prefer. The emphasis on the Spring Kickstarter meal plan is to ensure you meet important nutritional requirements through quality, wholesome foods, to support your overall health.
How long do I have access to the online course content?
You will have access to the online course content until the 30th November 2023!
I don’t have a Facebook account. Can I still do the program?
Yes you can! The facebook group is simply an added bonus so that people doing the 30 Day Spring Kickstarter Program can have an online space and form a community where they can share their wins, questions, photos, etc. The actual content/resources for the program are shared in the Online Portal; not the Facebook group.
What do I need?
Yoga mat
Set of dumbbells (anything between 2kg - 6kg depending on your strength)
An open mind that is willing to learn and embrace the 30 Day Spring Kickstarter Program.
The foods that are needed to follow your daily meal plan, will be listed in a shopping list within the Spring Kickstarter Program.
