Home Made Muesli

Ingredients:

4 cups traditional oats (not quick oats)
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower Seeds
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup gogi berries
1 tbsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and keep in sealed container.

* I like to serve this muesli as a cereal with milk and chopped up strawberries or banana; OR with natural yoghurt and chopped up fruit.  It also makes a great snack with natural yoghurt.

* If you want some extra crunch you could add some chopped up almonds or nuts of choice.
