Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 stalk of celery
½ cucumber
1 handful of baby spinach
1 kiwi fruit
1/2 avocado
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 small piece of ginger (chopped)
Small handful of mint
1/2 cup cold water
Pinch of Himalayan rock salt
Teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (more if you like more tang)

Place ingredients in blender & blend until it reaches your desired consistency. If you find it’s too thick, you can add more water.
