Goji Berry Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup goji berries
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup dates
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup cacao powder
2 heaped tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon maple syrup or ricemalt syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Pinch of salt

Place goji berries and sunflower seeds in thermomix or food processor; blitz until breadcrumb consistency. Add dates and blitz again. Add in all remaining ingredients and blitz again until it forms a sticky/doughy type mixture.

Roll mixture into balls.

Store bliss balls in fridge or freezer.
